Writing and speaking well is one thing but crafting satire, placing innuendos, and deploying double entendres are a whole different ball game. Whatever is written must be factual, consistent and drives home a clear message. Words and phrases take on different meanings, insinuate many things and the tone can range from ascerbic, caustic, cutting or at the other end of spectrum, witty and fun.
Romania cannot investigate and prosecute this traffic case in Romania. Witnesses from Singapore cannot play a part except its an inquiry on his conduct as civil servant of his country. If he thinks that Romanians legal system is equal to UK and Germany, he is in another planet. These are all false. His point about singaporeans not protesting and therefore not concerned is where the bite is supposed to be.
Do read animal farm, the pigs don't fly, the cows don't bark and the only license granted is language of communication common to all. Many people cannot do it and he is one. Its like a ballet dancer with big tits hoping to be graceful. He made the error of going to for too many targets in one go.
He is correct to think that Singaporeans are apathetic but he also assumed that we are ignorant and unintelligent.
