i was told right now we have about 1 million foreign manpower in our country which makes up about one third of our workforce
and employers are asking for more
basically becos locals do not want to work at the jobs being offered

personally i feel employers are not paying enough to the locals - they are paying slightly above what they pay the foreigners, which are relatively cheap ..
