The Singapore Civil Defence Force said it received a call for medical assistance at 5001 Beach Road at 3am.

It dispatched an ambulance and took a man conscious to Tan Tock Seng Hospital. He is believed to have suffered severe facial injuries.

The Straits Times understands that the victim is Singaporean, and the suspect is at large.

An employee who has worked at Golden Mile Complex for five years, who declined to be named, told ST that fights happen there "very often".

The foreign dog was brought in by MOM under PAP's instruction. The attacker was probably one of the staffs working for the grassroot company.

SINGAPORE: The 22-year-old suspect who was filmed stomping on a man multiple times at Golden Mile Complex on Beach Road returned to the scene of the incident with police today (Oct 15), after he was arrested on Saturday.

Wee Boon How, also known as Marcus, answered questions as police investigators did a walk through of the first floor of Golden Mile Complex, including the area outside the shop where the incident took place.

Wee will be charged in court tomorrow for one count of voluntarily causing grievous hurt.
