伊朗外交部发言人赛义德·哈蒂布扎德(Saeed Khatibzadeh)周一表示，国际社会将在10月18日解除对伊朗的武器禁运，允许伊朗购买和出售军事装备，这一天将被标记为“美国失败之日”。
