And that radar-like device she's holding onto at the window is an antenna for Malaysian Astro cable TV reception? Something like StarHub / Singtel cable TV? I imagine the infrastructure in Malaysia makes it more difficult to have wired access to cable TV (like in Singapore), and so they use a radar-like antenna. Though the reception will be relatively poorer.

Notice the blood on her right hand/arm. What do you suppose caused it? Cut herself in suicide attempt? Had a knife scuffle with someone else?

Her wrist wound was not serious. No major veins or arterioles severed. If it was, she would have died within 10 minutes. Notice that she had already slit herself whilst perched up on the railing.

Her calm expression shows she's not under overwhelming duress. Clearly she did it to seek attention.

It's not the falling but the ridiculousness of wanting to throw herself down from 3 stories up. The apartment is 12 stories high and if she was really serious about committing suicide then she should jump from the highest floor.
