Ok last post on the trip, last Japanese meal on board aircraft
Started with satay
The theme is Sakura so the meal has sakura flowers in it
Green noodle and salad
Have to say noodle taste really good
Next set is the main course
Cod fish
Egg, salmon roe, soya beans, chicken
Salmon with bamboo shoot
More bamboo shoot, sweet and sour veggies etc
Dessert is sakura ice-cream - in the ice creak are petals and even some leaves and thin shoots, the taste is very natural unlike any taste and the texture is also kind of strange to describe but I love it
