Today made a day trip to Muramatsu park as its a Monday the park is so quiet. Muramatsu park is located in Gosen and its like an hour of JR ride away with a change in train.

Searched in https://tabelog.com for the best sushi sahimi restaurant in Niigata and Sushi Nakahisa Hoshino turned up.

Got the lobby to call and make reservation was told they do not have a menu as it depends on the catches of the day, I'm beginning to like this place already.

Took the Shinkansen from Niigata to Echigoyuzawa visit the ryokan
