Who Am I​

Over the last 15 years, he has coached and trained over 800,000 professionals, managers, entrepreneurs, educators, social workers, politicians, public servants and youths in areas like Management, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Suicide Prevention, Mental Health, Character Development, and more recently in the area of innovation and future disruptions.

Delane, a very experienced trainer and life coach, is proficient in both hard and soft skills required in Adventure Learning. In April 2018, he was headhunted to manage Formwerkz’s Group as their first Executive Director, an archi-design-tech firm in Singapore. He continues to serve as Executive Director for the Character & Leadership Academy & concurrently appointed as the Co-Founder & Chairman for FutuReady Asia Singapore.

Since 2012, he was also appointed as Head of Missions for several notable overseas exchanges such as Spotlight Youth Experience in Hong Kong, Singapore-London Youth Exchange since 2014, Singapore-Africa Leadership Safari since 2013, and Singapore-Mexico Youth Delegation since 2015.

Since 2009, he has been the organising chairman for the Global Youth Leaders Summit & Bi-Annual Character & Leadership Symposium. He also chairs Ignite faiths since 2013, an interfaith Youth mentoring programme in S'pore successfully organised Singapore50 Recollection Trail & One ASEAN Heartbeat.

In 2014, he initiated HAPPYOUTH, a youth suicide preventing programme in Singapore and is also one of the few certified experienced suicide prevention specialist and lead trainer in Asia.

He spearheaded ASEAN Youth Community in 2018 in 5 South East Asia Countries.
