in singapore one nurse is to take care as many patients as possible so that the hospital get more profit nd up nurses overworked.

that is why whenever the patient press the buzzer it takes a long time for the nurses to come and end up the nurse get complaint.

we cany blame the patients when they press the buzzer it is because they need help or in pain and they dosent know that the nurses go so many patients to attend to.
my wife was a nurse in singapore for 6 years everyday she need to do OT at least 2 hrs because need to finish her jobbefore handover to the nextshift nurse.
she everyday comes home so drain. shower eat and the sleep. and her off days the 1st off day is sleeping too tire.
this is the life being a nurse in singapore.

now she works in Australia everyday go home on time and she is not tired at all!!!!!
one nurse take care of 4 patients ONLY!!!!!!
