She sought medical treatment at a General Practitioner (GP) clinic on 17 June but declined to be tested for COVID-19. She was given 5 days’ medical leave and advised to self-isolate. After Case 64373 tested positive for COVID-19 infection on 21 June, Case 64374 visited a GP clinic on the same day, where she underwent both an antigen rapid test (ART) and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test. She was immediately isolated when her ART result came back positive for COVID-19. Her PCR test result also came positive for COVID-19 infection on 21 June. Her serology test result is pending.

Case 64378 is a 77 year-old male Singaporean who is a retiree. He developed a fever, cough and runny nose on 20 June, and sought medical treatment at a polyclinic on 21 June, where he was tested for COVID-19. Update on condition of confirmed cases

7. 28 more cases of COVID-19 infection have been discharged from hospitals or community isolation facilities. In all, 62,098 have fully recovered from the infection and have been discharged from hospitals or community care facilities.

8. There are currently 142 confirmed cases who are still in hospital. Of these, most are stable or improving, and 2 are in critical condition in the intensive care unit. 173 are isolated and cared for at community facilities. These are those who have mild symptoms, or are clinically well but still test positive for COVID-19. 35 have passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection.

As of 23 June 2021, 12pm, the Ministry of Health (MOH) has preliminarily confirmed 13 new cases of locally transmitted COVID-19 infection. 10 are linked to previous cases, amongst whom 8 have already been placed on quarantine, and 2 were detected through surveillance. The remaining 3 cases are currently unlinked. Based on our investigations so far, the cases are in the community, and there are no new cases in the dormitories.

2. In addition, there are 9 imported cases, who have already been placed on Stay-Home Notice upon arrival in Singapore. Of these, 4 are returning Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents.

3. In total, there are 22 new cases of COVID-19 infection in Singapore today.

Case 64394 received his first dose of COVID-19 vaccine on 10 June.

Case 64399 is a 34 year-old female Singaporean who works as a nurse at the National Centre for Infectious Diseases, and had interacted with COVID-19 patients. At work, she dons full personal protective equipment (PPE), including N95 mask, face shield, goggles, gown and gloves. Case 64417 is a 44 year-old male Singaporean who works as an engineer at SIA Engineering Company and was last at work on 11 June. As he had been identified as a close contact of Cases 64359, 64390[12], 64391[13] and 64430, he was placed on quarantine on 20 June. He was tested for COVID-19 on 21 June during quarantine, and his test result came back negative for COVID-19 infection. He then developed an itchy throat on 22 June and was tested again for COVID-19. His test result came back positive for COVID-19 infection the next day. He subsequently developed a fever and dry throat on 23 June. His serology test result is negative for the N antigen, which suggests the presence of early infection. Case 64417 received his first dose of COVID-19 vaccine on 5 February, and the second dose on 26 February.

Case 64430 is a 37 year-old female Singaporean who works as a senior executive at Victoryland Pte Ltd and has been mostly working from home. She is a family member and household contact of Cases 64390, 64391 and 64417 and a household contact of Case 64359, and was placed on quarantine on 20 June. She was tested for COVID-19 on 21 June and 22 June during quarantine, and her test results came back negative. She is asymptomatic and was detected when she was tested for COVID-19 on 23 June during quarantine. Her test result came back positive for COVID-19 infection on the same day. Her serology test result is negative.

As of 25 June 2021, 12pm, the Ministry of Health (MOH) has preliminarily confirmed 15 new cases of locally transmitted COVID-19 infection. 12 are linked to previous cases, amongst whom 4 have already been placed on quarantine, and 8 were detected through surveillance. The remaining 3 cases are currently unlinked. Based on our investigations so far, the cases are in the community, and there are no new cases in the dormitories.

2. In addition, there are 5 imported cases, who have already been placed on Stay-Home Notice or isolated upon arrival in Singapore. Of these, 4 are returning Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents.

3. In total, there are 20 new cases of COVID-19 infection in Singapore today.

Case 64444 is a 32 year-old male Singaporean who works as an equipment specialist at Singapore General Hospital. He developed a sore throat and cough on 23 June and sought medical treatment at his workplace on 24 June. His test result came positive for COVID-19 infection on the same day. His serology test result is pending. Case 64444 received his first dose of COVID-19 vaccine on 13 January, and his second dose on 3 February.

Case 64450 is a 31 year-old male Malaysia national who is employed by Fourways Pte Ltd as a cleaner at National University of Singapore’s Prince George’s Park Residence. He developed a fever on 22 June and sought medical treatment at a General Practitioner (GP) clinic the next day, where he underwent both an antigen rapid test (ART) and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test. His ART result was negative for COVID-19. His PCR test result came positive for COVID-19 infection on 24 June. His serology test result is pending. Case 64450 received his first dose of COVID-19 vaccine on 15 January, and his second dose on 5 February.

Case 64454 is an 84 year-old female Singaporean who is a retiree. She developed a cough on 16 June but did not seek medical attention. She was detected when she was conveyed to Singapore General Hospital for an unrelated medical condition on 24 June, and was tested for COVID-19. Her test result came positive for COVID-19 infection on the same day. Her serology test result is pending.

Case 64445 is a 2 year-old male Singapore Permanent Resident who is a student at Hope Child Care Centre (3501 Jalan Bukit Merah), and was last in school on 7 May. He is a family member and household contact of Case 64421[1], and was placed on quarantine on 23 June. He developed a fever on 23 June and was tested for COVID-19 on the same day during quarantine. Case 64461 is an 11 year-old male Singaporean who is a student at Alexandra Primary School and was last in school on 28 May. Case 64448 received his first dose of COVID-19 vaccine on 2 April, and the second dose on 30 April.

Case 64455 is a 32 year-old male Singapore Permanent Resident who works as a part-time delivery rider with Grab and Foodpanda, and was last at work on 20 June. He is a family member of Case 64456. He developed a runny nose and sore throat on 21 June, and a fever on 24 June, but did not seek medical attention. He was detected when he was tested for COVID-19 on 24 June as part of our community surveillance testing for residents of 105 Henderson Crescent. Case 64457 is a 45 year-old male Singaporean who works as a manager at Meinhardt Group and was last at work on 15 June. He developed a fever and headache on 22 June, but did not seek medical attention. He was detected when he was tested for COVID-19 on 24 June as part of community surveillance testing for residents of 105 Henderson Crescent. His ART result came back was positive for COVID-19 on 24 June and he was immediately isolated. His PCR test result came back positive for COVID-19 on 25 June. His serology test result is pending. Case 64442 is a 67 year-old male Singaporean who works as a porter at Changi General Hospital. He is a workplace contact of Cases 64413[3] and 64443. He is asymptomatic, and was detected when he was tested for COVID-19 on 23 June as part of the Hospital’s surveillance testing. His test result came positive for COVID-19 infection on 24 June. Update on condition of confirmed cases

8. 21 more cases of COVID-19 infection have been discharged from hospitals or community isolation facilities. In all, 62,161 have fully recovered from the infection and have been discharged from hospitals or community care facilities.

9. There are currently 139 confirmed cases who are still in hospital. Of these, most are stable or improving, and 4 are in critical condition in the intensive care unit. 178 are isolated and cared for at community facilities. These are those who have mild symptoms, or are clinically well but still test positive for COVID-19. 35 have passed away from complications due to COVID-19 infection.

She developed a fever, cough and body aches on 16 June but did not seek medical attention until 21 June when she sought medical treatment via a telehealth provider but was not referred for a COVID-19 test. On 24 June, she sought medical treatment at a General Practitioner (GP) clinic, where she was tested for COVID-19. Her test result came back positive for COVID-19 infection on 25 June. Her serology test result is positive.

Case 64464 is a 21 year-old female Singaporean who works as a nurse at Changi General Hospital. She was tested for COVID-19 on 23 June as part of Rostered Routine Testing (RRT), and developed a fever and runny nose on 24 June. Her test result came back positive for COVID-19 infection on 25 June. Her earlier tests from RRT – the last being on 14 June – were all negative for COVID-19 infection.
