這真的比扯鈴還扯！台南地院一名男法官遭檢舉不但時常溜班釣魚、種花種水果，竟還涉嫌虛報加班，政風單位檢具證據已移請司法院審議，台南地院透露該名法官已送交人事審議委員會處理，人審會要求他在本周三提出說明再決定如何議處，只是身為法官竟做出最壞示範令人不齒！

據《自由》報導，該名法官遭檢舉上班常不見人影，竟是跑去釣魚、種花種水果等，政風人員經跟監訪查，還查出另涉及不實申報加班，至於是否詐領加班費仍有待認定。
司法院證實本案是由台南地院報請司法院處理，因人審會尚未討論懲處，目前不揭露法官身分與違失事由，待決議出爐才對外說明；據了解，法官若涉違失，輕者口頭或書面警告、喪失考績獎金，重者不僅影響考績，還外加管制升遷5年，更嚴重者送監院彈劾，可判決免職。
