FT with no Exp get higher post and higher pay

Before i start on regards about this topic i just wanna share something and i believe some of the bro and sis has encounter this at their work place before.

I work in a semi govt company and yes its belong to the dogs but that doesn't make me like any of them, i been working for the company for 2 years now everyone was happy till we got a fucking new boss who hired a new fucking manager and that bastard hired good for nothing FT pinoy who dun even know how to work and now most of my col are pinoy they got better pay better welfare got treated way much better then any of the s'porean staff at my work place and to make thing worst one of them got promoted to a post more higher then me and that bastard is expecting me to teach him all the rope. I made a point to my supervisor and told him this once this bastard got promoted i will make sure i wont even teach him anything at all and i swear it upon my parents grave that i wont at all teach him nor help him in anything, my supervisor just nod and said this " ya i know we cant do anything just wait till we got our bonuses end of the year and its up to u if u wanna quit,i'm also sick and tired of all those mutha fucking FT trying to break our rice bowl and spoiling the job market in sg" hearing from him saying that i know that the locals(i mean US) in my company are not happy with all the FT invading and stealing our job away.

Maybe i will just get a job driving a cab instead so when the next time if any FT try to board my cab or hail my cab i will just said this ohh sorry my shift ended.. HOW I HATE THOSE FT AND OUR BELOVED PM POLICIES oh ya i remember about something i hear the pm said this before "FT created Jobs for us s'porean" i dun get the logic at all can anyone explain that logic to me about how this FT create job for us? And since he love FT so much why not get a FT to do his job instead FT Got talent mah.

happens all the time, someone gets promoted wrongfully. maybe yr boss thinks that he is more of an asset than you are to the company. worse still if you are working amongst a pool of mainly pinoy fts and you are one of the few locals, no one to cover yr screw ups while theirs are swept under the mat in double quick time.

i am in similar situation before except slightly different in the sense that very often, a new ft comes in and tries to overtake me. they are younger and twice as motivated (if yr pay is many times what you can get back home, you would be too).

i en task him on a project, guide him through and then see him screw up big time. then leisurely take my time to rescue the situation. overnight, the ft lost his arrogance and humbly accepts whatever lecture i dished out to him.

experience counts in all trade. if what you have learned over the course of your job can be transferred over a new chap just by guiding him for a few days/months, then you have wasted a lot of time over the course of yr work.

The same f88king thing is also happening in the Armed Forces. Young officers act like a piece of shit, smearing every senior NCOs. These senior NCOs are suppose to guide them and gloom them but some of these moronic scholars think that they are some big f88ks !! As in any political game, if you want to be a bastard, you better had some backings. So, arseholes and motherf88kers rose through the ranks and ultimately end up in the KENNEL where the pappies are.

What's my point ? Acquire a skill that enable you to start your own. I did, and I am happily driving my lorry. I dun give a damn about promotion, if I screw up my customers and my sales, I screwed myself hard. I do not need my directors to tell me to reject the sales and a pat on my shoulder from my CEO telling me that I did a great job by rejecting the customer !!

Well said. This recession will be like The Great Flood and alot of mid-level executives will get hit hardest. The FT policy is one of the most evil and greedy schemes our citizens have ever seen. Look at the outcome of our silver medallist table tennis team now.

I advise you to be proactive. Upgrade your skills and qualification.. Once the economy recovers, emigrate to a country that cares for her citizens.
