My 10th floor cheena neighbour. We been staying tis block past 14years. Till today whenever in the lift, the wife ignore us. We had tried several times smiling andwishing her. But cant be us always break the ice. So we also kip quiet nowadays while in the lift with her. But the husband ok.

bro sadly in singapore there are cast (class) system and many pretend that singapore is a harmony country if u not in their level u are just a dirt or shit on the road side bro and trust me i wont be saying this if i never experienced this for many years living in sg bro. (to be fair some are really nice people who treat the minority equally and i am married to one of them).

and now the table have turn where the foreigners are higher cast then them that is why they cant take it and start to make alot of noise. as for the minority there we are so used to it that we resume our life as per normal

Tats right. The minorities been side line especially with the speak Mandarin campaign past few decades. The majority cheena been enjoying the "privileges". They always have the upper hand when come to jobs. But they would blame on the minorities being incompetent for not able to succeed. Well, now with tons of FTs here. for me bro now whenever i visit sg to see my parent i can only stayed 3 days and after 3 days my soul start to scream telling me to leave singapore.
i got cluster phobia i very stress crowded places especially singapore bro. if not for my parent i dont think i will ever step sg soil.
i already told my dear wife if in future my parent no longer around if she want to visit her parent she can go herself or with my daugther(unlikely my daughter will follow me because she closer with me) i and my daughter will go holiday to Phuket or Fiji island or some other countries
