OK, here's the tricky part, she need to find an employer first who is willing to hire her on whatever pass the employer is willing to give. If she is truly a high calibre employee, her pay alone is able to help her apply for PR by the next year. But if her pay is not impressive, maybe she can try in 2-3 years time.

I am also waiting for someone with the knowings of ICA or perhaps insider to confirm this.

Government 'may seem' be slowing EP approvals, but they are very aggressive in using ALL forms of media in attempts to change Singaporeans' attitudes towards FT.

PR can be derived from work, family, marriage and study. Found out study is the most easiest if you happen to be in the top schools. Don't even need to go cos' they will sent you the application form to your home. Sorry, neighborhood school have to wait a little longer. The remaining categries, work, marriage and family etc, will depend how the income of the sponsor and criminal record.

ICA is notorious for not giving the reasons of PR application rejections.
