Many uni degree holders have autistic problems, a disease. They can only do well in study but cannot take sudden change in sudden environment and speed.

However nowadays with so many foreigners with dubious degrees, a degree is quite useless.
PAP has plenty of highly qualified paper generals who have proven themselves useless in the real world.
