But on the face of it, think her material actions and conduct does not look good.

Also I wonder why no questions were raised over Bernard Lui's handling of the material matter as well?(unless they were and he was cleared??). He was an equity partner with well over 20 years in practice at the material time.

I am ambivalent on the younger Lee siblings and suet fern.

But I have great respect and admiration for Walter. End of the day, Walter's conscience came up trumps. This man can sleep peacefully at night with true honour and integrity, unlike most of the other establishment figures.

Michael Khoo was never elevated to the high court bench. He was then Senior DJ. one step from the high court judgeship before he was laterally moved back to being a Senior DPP after he gave judgment in favour of the late JBJ which was basically a demotion although die die the government would not admit. Just for the record, the CJ himself and Appeal Judges Andrew Pang and Judith Prakash presided over Lee Suet Fern's case.

It is like struck off Medical register. Cannot practice anymore in profession! Lose everything you have studied and worked for!

Start all over again.
