forget about resale price, ask MBT why new HDB not affortable?

i think hdb resale is willing buyer and seller.
but new HDB for singaporeans is far too expensive for young people.
i think all singaporean should care about
1. the new hbd price and
2. the subsidy for couple who bought resale flat.

no house how to fuck to have baby?
pay too much for hdb also too stress to fuck to have baby
we are asia need a house that should only cost us 30% of our montly pay for only 15 years.
