why plant diet is a better option than meat diet.

If you know that and why do people still stick to a meat diet. They can't change?

One thing that he mention is that if you drink milk, you will lose your calcium.

Milk has too much protein till it will make your blood acidic. Calcium is taken out from your bone to neutralise this acidic blood to make it alkaline again.

Too much diary will make your bones brittle.

Hi TS, think I am least qualify to comment here considering the extremely unhealthy diet I consume. Nevertheless, here's my humble comment, think any food that is taken in excess is unhealthy. I have relatives and friends who suffered from cancer despite living an extremely lifestyle with a healthy diet. All have surrendered IC. Many also inheritance, if someone in the family is suffering from symptoms, then have to be careful. Think it's more to the genes.

There are 20 amino acids which humans need to construct all the different proteins we need in our bodies. 12 of them are 'non-essential'; they can be made in the body by conversion from another molecule or amino acid. However 8 are 'essential'; they cannot be made in the body and so must be provided in the diet if deficiency diseases are to be avoided.

A first-class protein is one which contains all 8 essential amino acids (and may contain some of the non-essential ones too).

Don't worry too much. I eat pretty unhealthyly for years. I even continue to drink Japanese imported green tea and Chinese Jasmine tea (my favorite mix).

Plant protein do have those. Even the video shows that.

I am not worried, just a habit to live a high quality life. I avoid green tea due to nuclear shit from japan.
