There is nothing wrong if you have lunch with someone 7 days a week. I would have thought thats common sense.
Its what comes out of the engagement, relationship and the impact on colleagues, staff and other business associates. Then there is also business decorum and again common sense. Give you an example. Your top saleman is frequently seen having lunch with your business rival. Can you sleep nights. Is your all hardwork building your business contact list in jeopardy.
The junior partner in a top law firm will not meet the sr partner of a rival firm for lunch on a regular basis for obvious reasons. Chances are being your top salesman he would have alot more common sense than behave in that manner. Its like wearing long pants to meet your clients on a really hotday. There has be societal decorum that has to be met.

Thanks for the advise. I will definitely look for a good lawyer for standby. talking about lawyer, sidetrack a little here, once I was in HK met this Ravi guy in a bookshop realised he is the "star" Ravi and spoke to him for about 2hrs finally realised he's a very strange person, full of fire yes but frighteningly strange
