Flood in Singapore.....

this morning there was a flood along ECP to AYE. i think the flood was due to the construction going on by the side which no proper drain was construct... anyone was delay by the flood to work? it took me about 1.5hrs to reach office from pasir to HP.............

ha ha ha ha..I know a few person who is cursing this today, JULY 1st 2009...late for work....

It is an honest mistake lah!...rushing to complete the IR , to save 'face'...no time to look inro clog drains etc...:p

Not their fault...it is the contractor's fault....
