I think a male or female leader is equal. God created males and females to be different for a reason and for that reason, we lead in different ways. Men are less emotional most of the time, therefore, they can make a decision a little more quickly becos there is nothing to think about. Also, sometimes men can use their power to get what they want and to get back at someone. Women do the same, however, women have something God given inside of us (intuition) and it helps make decisions for the best of everyone. This is a really tricky question becos I can really straddle the fence and defend either side whole heartedly. I genuinely think the better leader is whomever can make a decision based on what is best for all those involved. A great leader will do what s/he has stated s/he will do. Morals and values and truth will be the most important things for the "better leader."

first of all , human is not created by god . secondly most man are not less emotional ..if not ,why your church can keep on recuiting members ...
