First flooding, then no water, then no electric..

Last week went Tiong Bahru Plaza for movie..was early so go food court for coffee. Auntie say "sorry no kopi today as whole building no water supply"!!! Even toilets are all locked in the building as no flushing!! Pity those having high tide...

Today went Pearl Centre..when reached car park, auntie say, sorry cannot issue hourly card as whole building no electricity!!! Just tell us the time of entry when u exit. When inside building, lights were flickering as whole building was using backup lights..

And all this flood here flood there.....

Is there something wrong with the infrastructure or could it be due to excess static in the air causing all this breakdown?

GV had a blackout there in March too. I saw that on Stomp.
