All this piracy done by Singapore based syndicate who are involved in the oil trade. Maybe bunker people who owns vessels. They will have informants either at the load terminal or the cargo surveyor giving them details of cargo and destination. The pirates most likely hired Indonesian sailors that used to work for them, or the ill fated ship could have hired one of them. How else can the cargo be siphoned of quickly and sold quietly in the market.
