K Shanmugam Sc Now is 8.27 am (15 November 24), I am at the hawker centre and again someone whistled at me from among the crowds a few minutes ago and the sound come from behind as someone cycled past the pavement next to the hawker centre. The fruit shop with people that always whistled at me are at the row of shop house on my right and behind me. I don’t know who is the bully as I don’t have eyes behind me. All these evil and cheap bully dogs should be severely punish for ganging up to harass one woman.
