Filipino Threatens To Kill Singaporeans

This is clearly an Act of Criminal Intimidation.
It is serious and carries a heavy fine, jail sentence or both.
The local p;olice here have in the past instituted criminal proceedings on people who used deroghatory terms on race and religion.
This is surely more serious.
The Government SHOULD issue a Travel Advisory Against the Phillippines.
As for relief efforts and financial aid, that is something different as it affect unfortunate humans.
Until today Indonesians are singing praises about the relief efforts and aid that Singaporeans rushed to give in Meulaboh, Aceh.during the Boxer's Day Tsunami 2004.
