Is harder to bribe referees alrdy. Defenders also cant play dirty like they can use to elbow and knee opponents' strikers. The players now play another stun to kelong.

I believe that every team try to win during regaular time, to avoid the stress and strain of playing extra time and penalty kicks.
It is physically draining to play 90 minutes plus extra time of 30 minutes.
