The authorities have a motive to cover up incidents where foreigners & elites are involved in. In the case of the Ferari driver it's anyones guess who they are protecting, a foreigner, an elite, or foreign elite.
The fact is someone died in a traffic accident, whether or not a crime has been committed is not the issue. It's a transparency issue, don't we the public have a right to know what goes on in Spore ?
