No President has been required to crunch numbers, do analysis. All that is done by Public servants and Council of Advisors. Nathan is a drama queen when he talks about he releasing the reserves. Both Wee Cho Yaw and Lien Ying Chow both who were directors of SPH completedly bypassed Nathan who was Chairman of the Board of SPH and he was the Executive Chairman when it dealt with financials.
