City Developments Ltd (CDL) has appointed SPRING Singapore chairman Philip Yeo Liat Kok to its board as an independent, non-executive director with effect from May 11, 2009, CDL said in a regulatory filing with Sigapore Exchange.
Mr Yeo also joined CDL's Remuneration Committee from the same date.
