歌手盧凱彤(Ellen)昨日(5日)在跑馬地寓所墮樓身亡，環球唱片公司代表，與林二汶、盧凱彤妻子，以及何韻詩等友人先後抵達殮房辦理手續。
今早(6日)9時許，一男一女唱片公司職員乘車到殮房，其後，包括林二汶等人，則乘坐七人車到達西區域多利亞公眾殮房，七人車直接駛入殮房停車場後，眾人下車步入殮房，當中包括是盧凱彤的妻子余靜萍，兩人均戴上口罩，由女助手陪同，各人神色哀傷，車場大閘隨後關上。
至早上11時，何韻詩亦偕同三名友人駕車抵殮房認屍。稍後，Ellen的父母及2名親友，乘坐七人車直駛到殮房停車場，父母由唱片公司職員陪同下，步入殮房認屍。

近年飽受躁鬱症困擾的女歌手盧凱彤（Ellen），昨日（5日）墮樓身亡，終年32歲。Ellen生前在娛樂圈人緣甚佳，死訊傳出後，多名藝人均表示痛心。盧凱彤的圈中好友何韻詩及at17成員林二汶今早10時許現身西環公眾殮房，其台灣妻子余靜萍昨日從重慶趕回港奔喪，盧的父母則在數名親友陪同下，於中午時分抵達殮房，神情哀傷。盧凱彤墮斃現場嘉逸軒，有探員返回大廈向保安調查事件，大廈外則放有幾束由歌迷獻上悼念花束。
今早10時許，三名盧凱彤的女親友乘坐一輛七人車，到西環殮房認屍，包括at17林二汶及盧妻余靜萍（小余），神色疲憊，低頭不語，由女助手協助下進入殮房，其後亦陸續有盧凱彤的男女親友進入殮房。早上11時，歌手何韻詩乘坐七人車進入殮房。
探員返嘉逸軒現場調查 歌迷留花束悼念
早上約11時，有探員返回墮樓現場嘉逸軒調查，盧凱彤的歌迷亦在大廈外留下花束，送別偶像。至中午12時，盧的父母亦在親友陪同下到達殮房。下午1時許，二人在數名親友陪同下，乘坐七人車返回Ellen生前寓所嘉逸軒，其間引來大批傳媒追訪。
林二汶（Eman）與死者盧凱彤是香港歌唱創作女子組合at17成員，二人私交甚篤，曾各自組隊參加歌唱比賽後相識，其後林獲著名歌手黃耀明賞識，她帶同盧凱彤一同試音，於2002年簽約獨立音樂公司「人山人海」，並組成at17，二人當時年僅15及19歲，隊名由黃耀明改成。at17的歌曲深受年輕人歡迎，於05年叱吒樂壇流行榜頒獎典禮中被票選為叱吒樂壇我最喜愛的組合。
2010年6月，二人在音樂會上宣布組合活動停止，成員分別作個人音樂發展，至2012年時，at17成立十周年，再以組合身分重開演唱會。盧凱彤於2013年證實患上躁鬱症，兩年後公開病情，同年出櫃，翌年宣布已婚。去年12月22日，at17在伊利沙伯體育館舉行演唱會，隨著盧凱彤昨日墮樓身亡，at17從此成為絕唱。
生於虔誠基督教家庭 感激母親接受其性取向
盧凱彤去年接受訪問時表示，自初中開始發現自己是同性戀者，惟生於虔誠基督教家庭，擔心父母不能接受自己性取向，直至23歲那年遇上台灣電影攝影師余靜萍，才勇敢向父母出櫃。她坦言當時母親一直祈禱，盼有朝一日自己能重返教會，變回異性戀，直至盧決定與余結婚，母親感「大禍臨頭」一樣。盧凱彤公開表示感激母親願意出席婚禮，並盡力接受余靜萍，形容父母總能跟她共同進退。

盧凱彤畢生為同志平權。
盧凱彤畢生為同性戀平權，自己亦於早前「出櫃」，宣佈與同性戀人余靜萍在加拿大拉埋天窗。然而，有法律界人士指出，香港法律只承認「一男一女、一夫一妻」的婚姻結合，故即使同性人士在外國註冊結婚，在香港法律上亦不獲承認；至於異性婚姻，即使在海外進行註冊，亦會獲得香港承認，一夫多妻除外。甚至乎，只要男女其中一方為香港人，離婚手續亦可在本港法庭辦理。
至於辨認遺體手續，則相信並無受到影響。根據區衞生署法醫科《辨認遺體人士須知》指出：「根據《死因裁判官條例》(第 504 章)，你親屬／朋友的死亡個案必須向死因裁判官呈報。警務人員會安排你到公眾殮房辨認遺體。請依照警方安排的日期及時間聯同負責死者個案的警務人員到達公眾殮房的接待櫃檯辦理登記手續，並請帶同死者的身份證明文件和任何有關的醫療紀錄 (例如：醫院的出院摘要、主診醫生的信件等)。」簡而言之，親屬及朋友均可為辦理辨認遺體手續，即使本港法律未承認余靜萍為盧凱彤的妻子，但亦可以其他身份，手持盧的身份證辦理手續。
此外，辨認遺體手續結束後，殮房會獲發一份「領取殮葬文件證明書」及一份「領回遺體證明書」，以供日後領取殮葬所需文件及領回遺體之用。屆時負責的親友手持「領回遺體證明書」正本，就可領回遺體以進行殯葬儀式。
在本港，有關同性關係的法例亦比較保守，即使涉及「家庭暴力」等議題，同性同居人士往往受到多方面的阻撓，被指為「社會歪風」。直至2010年，立法會始成功將同性同居者納入《家庭暴力條例》保障範圍，但再次被加以反對，最終要更名為《家庭及同居關係暴力條例》，始能成法。
