Anyway looks like he is making a good living - My hourly rate = $600 / (4 x 2.5) = $60 per hour, which is the most affordable 1:1 Individual H2 Chemistry tuition in Singapore by an ex-MOE Teacher (ie. me)
 
$60 an hour. Not bad. So basically need to teach 3 hours a day (excluding weekends) to make almost $4k. Better than a MOE teacher!
