<!-- START OF : div id="storytext"--><!-- more than 4 paragraphs -->I WOULD like to laud the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) for the way it handled my passport application.
On June 1, I accessed ICA's website and downloaded the application form, with instructions in simple language. It took me just a minute to understand. I completed the form and posted it the same day.
By June 5, I received a notice to collect my passport. I tried the e-appointment system, which set my appointment for June 11 at 9.45am. When the day arrived, I was attended to by a Madam Ng at counter 18. She was efficient and polite. I paid $70 and got my new passport in five minutes.
It was fantastic the way everything was handled - a commendable work by everyone involved. Thank you, ICA, for the excellent service. Khirman Mohd Anis
