Ex-wife denied child access for almost a year alr after she remarried

My ex-wife dont let me see my kids for almost a year already after she remarried last Apr. Every month still have to pay her maintenance fee. I have engaged a lawyer last year to fight for my rights ie to get her follow the child access court order. But it is taking very long for this to go to court hearing. I also dont know why.

In the meantime, i received a letter to attend a court session cos she made a compliant and said i didnt pay her maintenance as at 2 Mar 2022. This is a false allegations cos the last ibanking transfer was done on 2 Mar!

I really dont know how to deal with her. I just want to see my kids. No access to kids, i also no motivation to find work.

Any advice from anyone? How can she be punished legally? The women's charter protect women too much already even when they are in the wrong... Time for the law to change in today's century liao la.

In most cases, men always behave in a vindictive manner towards their ex, shocking to hear you are in this quagmire! My friend's ex SIL gave her daughter HELL by harassing, threatening, creating lies and fabricate accusations to drive her crazy because he has some ill gotten gains and felt rich to destroy her. There are so many ways to handle such evil characters with the law which is not blind. You don't need to resort to the Hero father in law FIL figure of Bruce Tan who poked his ex SIL to death. Karma will go after bullies and born losers.

Get a pro bono lawyer to help if you don't have the means but don't go for those con lawyers who want money and are related to Govt before, connections with Govt will not have any benefits in our clean legal system. Now you can also strike a deal with lawyer if he is confident to win then u pay. Agree on a price to pay if can win, check with a few lawfirms before choosing one if you can afford.
