B: I BELIEVE!

you see the point?
LOL, that is wrong social value because there is an active role of B in this case to influence everyone and so there must be a social responsibility from B, but only N can indirectly check on that responsibility. If everyone behaves like you say, there is no society.
But this is acceptable
