ever wondered why filipino maids paid higher than other maids doing same job ?

following the recent PRC issue regarding pay equality, why are filipino maids getting higher pay than the other maids

after all they are all doing the same job as a maid .. some other maids perhaps are doing more chores ..

Why do we pay Singaporean accountants higher than Malaysian accountants.
