Heavy rain at Dunearn Rd not reflected in NEA weather map. Is it accurate?

STOMPer Vanessa said there was flooding at Dunearn Road as a result of heavy rain, yet this information was not reflected on NEA's online weather map.

She said:

"This was shown on the NEA website at 3.32pm.

"It showed that only a minor part of northern Singapore was raining.

"However, a check outside my office window showed heavy rain and flooding along Dunearn Road."
