agree absolutely, the pek-pek, koot-koot tiong toufu is saccharine-sweet and is only spicy with mala sauce, as compared to these exotic mixture of sumptuous, spanish-influenced pinoys with just plain adobo sauce - and laced with organic "brown-sugar" to make it more flavorful
