Why do the GP not refer the patients to the hospitals? It is days later that the patients check themselves into the hospital and then they are identified as positive. If the GP could be better at their craft and refer them to the hospital, it will spare the country a few days of infections as well as reduce the work of contact tracers.

gp will diagnose as common cold unless they have covid diagnostic kits. at this moment gp’s don’t purposely diagnose outpatients for covid. moh should distribute covid diagnostic kits to all pubic and private gp’s for free. if they don’t it means late containment measures are still fucked up. it’s like catching rats at bukit buttock.
