ST 26 Oct 2008 : ....Health Minister Khaw Boon Wan raised the issue of whether euthanasia should be allowed in Singapore.

CNA 5 Oct 2007 : "Somebody who is sick, he wants to come to Singapore, he needs treatment and you're telling me that I shouldn't treat him because he is not a good man? It goes against the Hippocratic oath of doctors." PM Lee's response to whether members of Myanmar government should be prevented from treatment.

PM's Speech, Academy of Medicine 19 Jul 2007 : "The practice of medicine has its limits. It takes wisdom to know these limits and the true needs of the dying. Heedless pursuit of “pure” medicine to prolong life, without regard to cost or the wishes of the patients, cannot be sustained in the long term, not even in the wealthiest countries...."

"....I regret making the decision because, in the end, the baby continued to be in intensive care, and KKH now runs up a total bill of more than $300,000"
- Lim Hng Kiang, regretting the decision to save a baby's life because KKH ran up a $300,000 bill.

Hippocratic Oath !!!!!

Euthanasia (mercy killing by lethal injection) and Advanced Medical Directive (no resuscitation). Recognised overseas uni degrees increased from 20+ to 160+ including Tsinghua U, Tamil Nadu U, Pondicherry U, Universidad Complutense, Aga Khan U etc whatever. FT doctors are swamping the restructured / public hospitals. Be nice to FTs. Fancy these excellent (see below) FTs signing Sporns off?

ST 23 Oct 2008 : "...KKH lost an excellent anaesthesiologist who just could not make the cut in the language department. Despite repeated attempts, the doctor only managed a score of six. The hospital appealed to retain the doctor..."

Look at the Khaw, he is dying now if you check his age. Let us gas him and put it out of his misery. Same with the old man. So tortured when he talks.

These are devils, demons that want to play gods. They'll regret anything that doesnt make money, let alone loosing money. They will endorsed euthanasia, nevermind Hippocratic Oath or Hypocritic Oath. They sounds about the same.:o

The death of Boxer the horse was very tragic. Boxer was one of most the loyal animals on the farm. During the Battle of Cowshed, Boxer was among the bravest animals on the front line defending his comrades and his farm without a thought about his own safety. Boxer served Snowball and Napoleon faithfully by plowing fields, tending crops and gathering stone from the quarry. He even had his own motto; "I will work harder." Sadly, Boxer's age caught up with him and one day while pulling a load of stone, he collapsed. Napoleon lied and said that he would call an ambulance but, he really called the slaughter house. Napoleon and Squealer used revisionist history to try and convince the animals that Boxer had died at the hospital and that the rumor of Boxer being sent to the "Knackers" instead wasn't true. Squealer was able to convince everyone except Clover and Benjamin, the only ones that believed the truth.
