Simple.....don't engage ERA. They have been proven to be unethical.

Peer group pressure will prevent people from engaging them. Imagine the calls from friends and relatives, the sarcastic comments from others when they hear that ERA is handling your property.

I bet you people are talking to their ERA agent on how to come out of their exclusive contract if they have signed one.

The fact that the Head Honcho said that the practice is well knonw in ERA should be a good indicator what is happening.

Ya black list ERA. There are so many Real estate Companies out there, can see at least 10 from anyday newspaper. Already so many cases about ERA, first the malay agent who was jailed for doing cashback, then the YAYA sengkang lady agent and now this!

200,000 ERA customer can't be wrong got to be change to 199,999 can't be wrong!

Mike Parikh = Pariah agent. If he says that there's no "secret profit" then i would say all indians (esp Mike pariah Pundek) are as honest as a stick. The sad truth MOST ERA agents are getting desperate thus resorting to hoodwink sellers/buyers to pocket gains for themselves.
His blardy wife is also no better than to act as an intermediate "innocent" buyer. She can also get banged by holy cows if her court testimony states she's unaware of any "secret profit".
Sellers/Buyers of Properties - Better wise up. In these troubled times, its better to trust a cobra than an ERA agent.

Since Mike Parikh has 200 agents working under him, the income tax dept should investigate all of his past sub-sales.
