But when the goverment introduce and category the "S" Pass Category there was a sudden influx of them especially from India and China.This 'S' pass holders are one step below Employment Pass holders,meaning diploma and below like NTC, ITC etc.I ever heard a Indian Computer Analyst a PR telling me Singapore has become a money making ground because there are many Indians here on 'S' pass who has no standard to be in Singapore in the first place. When probe further he explain there are many many of them with fake diplomas and Technical certificates who where granted 'S' pass easily without the relevant authority checking when Employer puts up the application.
He even seen his country men who even go higher than Sixth standard( Primary six) are working as Technicians with fake cerficates earning as much as $2000 which is equvalent to more than 50,000 rupees in India.he joke Indians here not many with a decent qualifacation and jobs can afford a condo and teracce house. but many indians has made rich by Singapore dollar
I myself had come across Indian 'S' pass technicians who even cant speak reasonable English but manage to obtain 'S' pass and earning $1800 dollars. This is where my fructation blows out. I believe a decent Singapore Boy with a ITC or Diploma cannot earn $1800 or more for a start.
If MOM were to check many foreigners 'under 'S' Pass holder certificates I believe a lot of foreigners can be reduced and there will increase in singaporean getting jobs.
Moreover if dig further one can notice brothers,uncles, cousins and nephews working in the same company under 'S' pass. then how Singaporean can get jobs.Any vacancies the person working here will inform there is a candidate in India to fill up that vacancy. It continue like this every where,Fake diplomas,fake ITC,fake NTC can be obtain in India cas there are 100s of polytechnics and technical institition where Bribery plays a major role and many agents who can even gets working experience certifate by you paying the right amount.</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
