it is because u exprienced many nasty people for so many years it get to u bro it is the same thing happened to me when i was in sg i hate myself so much.
what i learn is if the working enviroment is toxic i will change another working place until i get the working place which is better then those previous companies.
and i did a bit further i left singapore to Australia and i still experience toxic working enviroment where the asian are power hungry and bossy and i quite the job and retire!
so far my life asian the one who make my life horrible once i keep away from them my life is so much better!!!
still there a handful asian i treasure them like my own family

it took me almost 40 years to realised it maybe due the way i was brought up in kampong (sg) if only someone told me this advice i sure my life in sg wont be so bad!
even we are a nice person sometimes we must put a mask and be as bad as them if not they will step and spit on us!!! especially in singapore!!!!
