The police are appealing for information on the next-of-kin of Madam Tham Mei Keow, who is in her 70s.
Madam Tham, who speaks Cantonese, was found on May 23 at about 5pm between Tiong Bahru MRT station and Tiong Bahru Plaza.
She is about 1.5m tall, of slim bulit, slightly tanned and has short light-grey hair.
She was wearing a short-sleeved light-coloured floral blouse with matching floral long pants, and a dark-coloured sandals.
