Eco World Botanic

Looks pretty nice. But seems like most of the development still unoccupied right? Or is it still haven't TOP

1)Davenham is located in 2 location within the phase 1. One of them is very near to the HTC. And the price will be cheaper.
2) Heard from my Ecworld sales, alot of the staff and flipper are flipping the properties in Eco botanic. They bought at a cheaper price, they are ready to sell as the price has appreciated.
is it considered unethical that the Eco Staff can be given the chance to buy, and flip ?
How prevalent, is such practice ?

Well it's a way to drive the mkt price of eco Botanic. Who on earth will buy a million property in Malaysia? Only foreigner will do that cos the law Say so.

How does developer create market, create a illusion that price is rising, how? By ask their staff to buy to show someone is buying and there is demand.

Eco Botani is full of cars and hard to find parking lots during weekdays. Most shops are opened the place looks bustling now.

Puteri Harbour is still trying hard to create a bust. I see something like Pasar Malam during day time around the marina with loudspeaker music and some crowd.

Eco Botani in a Tuesday afternoon.

The place is cluttered and run down.

Does anyone know the name of the manager, ultimately in-charge of this P'Harbour ?

seems that every Monkey-in-Middle management hides behind the title of "The Management"

Why did One-Deg 15 abandon this P'Harbour project ?

It's a cow boy town out there.
Build up but no one is going there.
If you want some place to be out of place and out of sight, you can choose to be there.
No one will be there.

Has anyone experienced Corrupt Practices Here ?

Eco Botani, sunway Iskandar, Medini, Horizon Hills, Puteri Harbour are all picking up. Looks like Nusajaya would be a new modern better planned and built city. It would probably attract big population in flows from the very congested and messy old jb.

Eco Botani in Iskandar Puteri seems to be the new food center in Johor. There are probably around a hundred food outlets, restaurants, cafe, pubs and bars, in high end shop lots.
