Hello future neighbours...just to share some pics on the development for Eco Spring show houses. Was around the area yesterday and managed to snap some pics. The best i can snap due to the distance and some construction still going on. All 4 types for the Eco Spring showhouses seems to be ready Left starting from Dover to Kent.

Oh yes, it's already launched today.. 2nd phase officially launched. For those who attended the gala night just now, I think developer is keeping with the pace.. Good sales n good developer reputation. You want to buy others like some two yuan china company with no track record in JB, pls buy at your own expense. EW is going big! And going international! Woot!

Eco Summer Belton type is the cheapest now but without family hall....and the toilet in ground floor still at the middle of the house. Another problem is the toilet door ground floor exactly facing the dining hall. However, it has a walk-in wardrobe in master bedroom which i think is nice.

quite expensive..... for a 22x80 house. Almost 200k more compare to the nearby Seri Austin house. Furthermore, the 10 ft back yard cannot do extension.

I guess we should compare apple to apple.

Whether to do be able to do extension / Reno for backyard or front doesn't matter to those who prefer uniformity and aesthetic value of the development. Cater to different market liking.
