Was just told Eco Botanic Phase 2 Superlink 3 storey terrace unit selection is available in their Singapore office this Sunday. Haven't seen its design, hope to see something good.

I am interested, whats the price for now?
Thanks for the info.
Aiyo...why build terrace house in EB? I really dislike terrace house garden, hopefully it can park >2 cars inside the unit porch, else later we will see a lot of cars just park outside the road and causing problems to neighbours. I still remember a sales person mentioned Phase 2 will only build clusters or semiDs like 1st phase or even Banglo in order to maintain the classy status of EB, but now story changed maybe due to marketing strategic at current situation.
Anyway terrace house for min 1.3m is incredible...but EW seems very confident over their concepts, all the best then.
Why don't you compare this house vs RnF unit of their price per sq ft n we all decide which project is more overpriced? Instead of making sweeping statements again, can u remind us what is wrong with Davenham floor design again?

Not terrace house, they building superlinks, semi-Ds and bungalows in Phase 2.
Size for superlinks starts from 26x75. Without land at the side the inner built up is big enough. 26' width
Car porch can park 3 cars at least.
still very high-end, match with their house pricing XD
They are having a private preview for their Phase 2 landed on last weekend. It's my first time went to their Bukit Indah Sales office which located right opposite Tesco and it's very hard for me to find a parking there... I have to park my car at Tesco and walk to their sales office.
Btw I'm quite surprise that even market is going downturn now but I still see a crowd there. Service is good, serving expensive ice-cream, coffee and cakes. Impressed by their new concept and design.. new garden concept that I nvr seen in JB before. Anyone can advice whether can invest or not?? Considering leh...

It is exactly because of the sales plateau now that's why developers are throwing in freebees to attract visitors in their launching and there is nothing better than offering free food and drinks and also balloons for the kids.
Sales is going to be tough this year after the massive invasion of about 20,000 units by the Chinese developers recently, JB simply cannot digest it without getting a serious heartburn!
And the industry's indigestion and heartburn is obvious now, there are still substantial unsold units by the Chinese developers despite their choice location and aggressive marketing.
For investors, this may be also a tough choice entering the market at the current peak not knowing if any reasonable profits could be made when exiting in 5 years time.
