We went to East Ledang last night and saw many more nice cars in Phase One

One of the owner even left his sliding door wide opened while watching TV.

Many owners also did some nice landscaping job for their small and cosy garden.

One couple was enjoying their drinks outdoor, while children were playing in the nice and serene compound of EL. Gurkha Guards are always patrolling, we can see that they have a system to place guards at different areas in EL at any point of time.

We've drove into EL a few times in different nights already and always saw at least 4 guards along the short route leading to Phase 2, plus 2 more guards in phase 2. Oh, there are street lightings in a part of Phase Two which is at the end bordering Leisure Farm, the rest of Phase 2 is still dark at night but don't worry, you won't see any Hantu but you'll surely see Gurkha Guards, very nice to see that they are not sleeping on their job at night, even though there's nobody in Phase Two at night presently.

I guess soldiers work hard when their superior set such a standard. If the head adopts a boh-chap and chin chai attitude, all those under him will just follow cos there's no pressure on them to be on the alert.

Wow I must watch what I mention in forum from now on because there are people like IR with Mega Memory who can remember even simple joke ;D Haha, yes you are right, age is catching up and it's too tough for me to cycle to East Ledang so I trade-in the BMX for a cheap family car.

Btw... has anyone gone through "testing and commissioning" water/electricity/alarm? For EL P2

Pls also ask air con contrator from UEM to check the air con copper piping pressure test ab 200 psi at 2hrs and also drain piping test
