The booking form should have mentioned all the freebies.. check back the booking form
I do not have the booking form. the freebies package are in my email correspondence with the sales person but not sure if this carries any weight.
How abt the membership for the clubhse. I thought this is also included.

If I'm not wrong, The Ledang Clubhouse membership is not free. Every house owners must pay a monthly maintenance fee for the clubhouse apart from the monthly maintenance fee for East Ledang.
Freebies are stated in S&P agreement.
There are a few standard freebies stated in the S&P with a checkbox besides each freebie.

Anyway I think the packages for each phase is quite standard for all buyers unless it's different phases, so don't need to worry even if you didn't keep that piece of paper

If I remember correctly, the Jusco voucher was offerred for first 12 months from its launching... if you bought your unit on July 10, the promotion was over...
Maybe the promotion was already over when u bought yr unit. According to Blue_S only for the first 12 mths when Ujana was launched.
Hi all, I have been following this thread for quite a while, sorry for not contributing and this happen to be my virgin post. I bought a semi-d Ph 2 at East Ledang back in Jan 2011. I have just received UEM registered mail for the final settlement and the procedures for the key collection. Everything seems quite normal until UEM attached the Statement to request for the late payment interest owing to them amounting to RM57K. Any bro/sis here encounter with the similar problem?
happened to me as well, although my amount was smaller at RM8k plus. I spoke to them, stressing that bank's late payment to developer wasn't my fault and was beyond my control. They reverted and waived all. Try call credit control at 07-277 3738
