I don't think there is FREE MAKAN anymore=) cos UEM is making GOOD BIZ. I was there on friday and the office is crowded with buyers.Phase 4 and 4a bungalow looks very NICE. selling at 3.8mil, corner almost all gone ,anyone interested ? By the way, I managed to take a look at my twin villa and very pleased with it,unit is well cleaned after construction work, except the guest room sharing the common bathroom with the living room. The door of the guest room open directly at the shower area, therefore, the wooden door sure gets wet every time someone showers. Poor design=( any good suggestion, how to improve this? Change the wooden door to glass door or ????
FYI:Phase 2 all completed except afew unit at the back still outstanding.
Townhouse: usually strata-titled with shared facilities (eg, pool, gym).
Terrace: land-titled with no shared facilities.
BTW the launch is on Sun Oct 7.

Sorry its incorrect. Townhouses are a couple of units in one house. e.g. a Double storey townhouse means upper unit and lower unit. Two units making up one house. I am surprised EL is marketing such units. 3 storeys means 3 different units/owners in one single building. To me its a waste of time to invest in such buildings. This product offering is found in Klang Valley.

Bro, imagine u own the lower floor of a double storey terrace house and another owner own the upper floor of the double storey terrace house. U wanna buy such property? I am surprised and shocked UEMLand is marketing such properties in high class EL. somemore its 1mill for one unit i.e one floor only leh. I rather spend money buy Semi dee at NI or a proper double storey terrace house where the entire building is mine alone.

The price is much in line with condo price. If a 1000 sqf is about 500k and penthouse are 1M then these price in EL is okay lah. My opinion.
