When alarm system hand over to owner ! Uem should give owner one set operation manual for alarm system and wiring layout plan or single line diagram right ? May I know any people have get it ? And also for eletrical single line diagram too !!!!!!

Operational manual were given by Chubb during commissioning with 2 red key for resetting the alarm.

As for electrical wiring and plumbing pipe drawing, you have to buy from UEM project department.

Those units facing garden still not yet installed power switches cos no stocks, install air-con, etc. Looks like need another one two months to finish all these plus getting authorities' approval.

Good news. Just received a letter from UEM advising that issuance of VP has started for some units of P7, while those still under rectification are expected to receive it from June. I appreciate the constant updates given for the delay, and assurance of quality for the completed units, including fulfilling their obligations under the S&P, ie LAD payments. Hope to meet up with some of you guys in due course to share reno tips

Are you sure bro? I was told they don't sell the drawings.

Was in EL today and asked the project guy, he will check with their contractor as they themselves do not have it. I told him that I got it FREE for my ph1 unit which have electrical as well as the pipe drawing upon asked.

They have been giving me this 'will ask the project guy' nonsense for the last 10 weeks now. Seems like the drawings don't even exist.

Last week I gave them a mouthful when they blamed my electrical contractor for damaging the burglar alarm wires ......

When I ask project term , they said they will not give owner any electrical and alarm zon wiring and water plumping layout plan and single line diagram too ! And dun have any operation menual for my alarm system and swimming pools system ,,,,,...... What is this uem company , they is first time build house ...????? They alarm system is not link to guard house ..if want to Lind pls upgrade the alarm system ,,, need pais money,,,,!,! So funny

Welcome to Malaysia. During my stay in Malaysia over the weekends and last time daily, I realise that there is no such thing as daily clearing of refuse. Once in a month I kena before... Once a week is the norm and twice a week is a jackpot already. I was staying in "high-class" place ok.
